Sparkle AI, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the provision of our service "IKKA" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
1. Categories of User Information Collected
The Company may collect the following information and other user-related information (hereinafter referred to as "User Information") through users' use of the Service:
Nickname, age, gender, nationality, area of residence, permanent residency status, email address, phone number, wallet address
Device information (device ID such as UDID hash value, device used, MAC address, OS, device language settings, access country, etc.)
Service usage status (Service version, location information, usage history, etc.)
Information related to inquiries, investigation of issues, and user information research
2. Purpose of Use of User Information
The Company shall collect User Information through lawful and appropriate means and use it appropriately within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:
To provide various functions of the Service
To respond to inquiries, consultations, opinions, and other communications
To verify users' identity and eligibility to use the Service
To exercise rights and obligations based on contracts and laws, and to facilitate smooth transactions with users
To plan or improve the Service

The Company will not provide User Information to third parties without user consent, except in cases where exceptions are permitted by law.
4. Management of User Information
The Company shall implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure other aspects of personal data security management.
5. Outsourcing of User Information Handling
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of User Information to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
When outsourcing all or part of User Information handling to third parties, the Company will appropriately select third-party contractors by confirming that they maintain sufficient security levels for User Information, and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such third-party contractors through outsourcing contracts regarding measures for appropriate information management, confidentiality, prohibition of re-provision, and other information maintenance management matters.
6. Disclosure of User Information
Upon request from customers or their representatives for notification of purpose of use, disclosure of User Information (including disclosure of records of third-party provision), correction/addition/deletion of content, suspension/erasure of use, or suspension of third-party provision, the Company will verify the identity of the customer or their representative and respond appropriately based on laws and regulations.
Please submit such requests to the contact information provided below. Please note that we charge a fee of 500 yen (including tax) per request for notification of purpose of use and disclosure of User Information and third-party provision records.
